Overview
The Client Advisor-Cartier is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience and meeting or exceeding sales objectives, with a specialized ambassador focus on the Cartier brand. This advisor will be an expert on the heritage of the brand, product line and stock within the store and will lead by example as the primary driver of Cartier sales for the location.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an outstanding client experience by creating a positive, inviting and elevated environment for the discerning client.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for watches and jewelry and build long-term client relationships based on trust.
- Greet clients, listen to needs, ask discovery questions, and demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate and address needs.
- Understand store inventory and, when needed, inventory at other Tourneau|Bucherer stores.
- Create excitement about products and gain client trust; leverage tools such as CRM, Watch Protection Plan, Trade-ins and Bucherer 1888 Financing to support sales.
- Collaborate with other Client Advisors to complete sales and obtain client contact information to build ongoing relationships.
- Efficiently close and process sales, including accurate payments, warranty information, sizing / cleaning with Service, and gift-wrapping / shipment as needed.
- Handle client issues with diplomacy to maintain a positive experience; attend training to increase product knowledge.
- Coordinate with Service Department for repairs, pickups, and related services.
Sales Objectives
Meet or exceed sales objectives for each month, quarter and year; understand daily objectives and how they relate to targets.Focus on clienteling to develop long-term relationships; follow up with clients via CRM (e.g., birthday / holiday cards, new merchandise, event invitations).Be open to feedback and continuously improve sales performance; aim to sell across the full product assortment.Other Requirements
Adhere to all store security procedures and dress code policy.Maintain a clean and attractive store environment; punctual attendance is essential.Assist with store setup or closing as needed.Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail; prior watch / fine jewelry experience is helpful but not required.Strong communication, leadership and management skills; sales-driven and results-oriented.Willing to be hands-on and work with the team to fulfill operational needs.Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.Bi-lingual ability is a plus to serve an international customer base.Compensation
SALARY : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus commission
