Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate and Corporate Law Attorney.

Essential Job Duties

• Advise clients in business formation and organization, fiduciary obligations and corporate governance, structuring transactions, mergers, acquisitions, dissolution and winding up, and other transactions.
• Draft and review entity formation documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements and operating agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, options, deeds, mortgages and other real estate documents.
• Be familiar with Land Court and proceedings therein.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

o Individual medical (HMSA), dental (HDS), and vison;

o $200,000 group life insurance;

o Paid time off ;

o 401k plan (3 month waiting period and then may enter on 1 / 1 / 25) with minimum employer contribution of 3%;

o Twelve paid holidays; and

o discretionary annual bonus.
