JOB SUMMARY
The HR Service Desk Analyst is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR activities to employees, supervisors, and managers while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to foster a cohesive, productive, and positive work environment. Reporting to the HR Service Desk Manager, the analyst will enhance the employee experience, support critical HR processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary support for People Operations tickets (e.g., manager / job detail changes in Workday).
- Perform internal mobility eligibility checks for employees applying for other roles.
- Adhere to HR policies and processes and provide guidance to employees.
- Support HR Directors and HRBPs with ad-hoc requests during annual performance and compensation cycles.
- Assist managers with Workday access, training, and adoption.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data and information.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in HR.Proficiency in Google Suite.Hands-on experience with Workday.Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and technology.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.Strong commitment to providing exceptional employee support.
