Job Title : Commercial Framing Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Framer to join our dynamic construction team. As a Commercial Framer, you will be responsible for various construction tasks including wood and steel stud framing, drywall tasks, and the installation of doors, hardware, and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Perform wood framing and steel stud framing tasks.
• Conduct backing and blocking activities.
• Install doors, hardware, vanities, cabinets, and fixtures.
• Complete baseboards, casings, and window and door trim.
• Perform drywall tasks such as hanging and taping.
• Interpret and work from shop drawings and plans.

Work Environment

You will be working Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, with some overtime required depending on job demands. The scope of work includes projects like restaurant and multi-family apartment builds, as well as hotels.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr.
