Team Lead
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee a team of Account this role you will lead by example providing daily support motivation and real-time coaching to drive performance and deliver results. You will play a key role in employee development feedback and retention as well as recruitment and staffing efforts.
- Lead and support a team to meet or exceed monthly performance goals through proactive customer outreach via phone text and email.
- Assess customer situations to determine ability to pay and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
- Provide coaching feedback and performance reviews to team members.
- Address and resolve employee and customer issues effectively.
- Monitor and manage team performance to ensure goals are met.
- Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accuracy in accounting systems by reviewing and correcting posted payments.
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive collaborative team environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.Proven experience in conflict resolution.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.Dependable and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.Excellent communication and organizational skills.High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)We offer best in class industry benefits :
