Job descriptionBachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in institutional dining with 2-3 direct reports and oversight of 20+ team members. Base salary of $70-$75K Comprehensive healthcare package and Paid Time Off Tuition reimbursement 401(k) with match and many more perks.

Executive Chef Responsibilities :
- Oversee all operations with an emphasis on menu development and production
- Maintain and upgrade quality standards and production levels
- Collaborate with the catering department on catering needs and menu creation
- Train all team members and monitor all production aspects to ensure compliance with food sanitation techniques
- Schedule associates based on business needs and budget considerations
