Our client is seeking an experienced Project Management Assistant (PMA) to support Project Managers across a variety of commercial construction projects. Looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and documentation
• Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout documents
• Prepare subcontracts and maintain organized, accurate project records
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
