The role of Assistant Property Manager is critical in supporting our mission to maintain high standards at our properties while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and residents. Responsibilities include :

• Assisting the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Maintaining a positive relationship with residents, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
• Supporting marketing efforts by implementing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including hosting community events.
• Coordinating maintenance requests and inspections, ensuring timely service and compliance with safety standards.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records related to tenants, leases, and financial transactions.
• Assisting in the development and management of annual property budgets and financial reports.
• Overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance management for onsite personnel.
