Job Description

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and campaigns. This position involves analyzing marketing data, managing marketing technology tools, and providing actionable insights to improve the efficiency and performance of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and has a strong understanding of marketing technologies and best practices

  • Help develop marketing goals and KPIs with VP of Demand Generation and Senior Director, Marketing Operations Operations that align with the Ensora Health overall strategy and manage initiatives to achieve these goals.
  • Create common infrastructure and capabilities around reporting and planning to get things done efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against segment KPIs, surfacing data driven insights to improve performance and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the Marketing and Sales department and across the organization to implement improvement action plans when necessary.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, find risks and illuminate opportunities.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack maintenance and data analytics.
  • Create regular reports on marketing and sales initiatives, business impact, and effectiveness-report key findings to VP of Demand Generation and senior leadership regularly.
  • Identify ways to improve key marketing operations, processes and workflows to enhance overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive and track adoption of new systems and processes for quarterly and annual strategic planning.
  • Research and specify best-suited tools for marketing attribution reporting and manage implementation and report on results.
  • Manage marketing technology stack efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot required
  • Preferred experienced migrating platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4 - 6 years relevant experience required
  • Robust understanding of Marketing Automation and CRM tools required.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing, executing, driving and measuring results across marketing channels
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Must be able to work with colleagues in various roles, at all levels, including senior management
  • Must be innovative and make substantial individual, strategic, and tactical judgments and recommendations.
  • Proven track record of change management in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Strong editorial skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
