Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support and troubleshoot issues with the product
Own and resolve customer technical issues through collaboration and best practices
Design and implement scalable support solutions through automation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related roles
2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
1+ years of experience with Kubernetes clusters and custom applications
Experience in reading or debugging code in Java, Python, Shell, or JavaScript
Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating systems
