JOB SUMMARY :

The Lead Behavior Analyst provides behavioral oversight and supervision for BCBA’s and BCBA candidates working across residential, community, and educational settings that support children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and / or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role ensures high-quality implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices in accordance with agency standards and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.

The Lead Behavior Analyst is responsible for supervision, oversight of behavioral programming, assessment, training, and team collaboration to support the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), data collection systems, and staff development. This position will also carry a smaller caseload and participate in agency-wide training and quality assurance initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• General direction is received from the Senior Director of Behavioral and Related Services. May receive guidance from the Executive Vice President or President and CEO. Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Residential and Medical Services, Directors of Education, Director of Children’s Community Programs, and Director of Adult Community Programs, on services provided within educational, residential, and community programs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and BCBA candidates, including :

o Weekly individual supervision sessions

o Monthly group supervision meetings

o Tracking clinical supervision hours

o Competency-based observations and performance reviews
