Business Unit President

A company is looking for a Business Unit President.

Key Responsibilities

Own P&L for the Integrated Electronics business unit and manage budget

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and capture new business opportunities

Lead program and product management efforts, fostering strong customer relationships and optimizing performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

15+ years of experience in the A&D industry with a focus on business strategy and P&L leadership

Proven track record in business development and managing complex programs

Strong understanding of Integrated Electronics, including Mission Systems and Microelectronics

Experience in leading change initiatives and enhancing operational excellence
