ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Provide phone support and written correspondence for members and Medicare to confirm data accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and ensure beneficiary meets criteria to enroll per CMS guidelines.
• Conducting daily enrollment process based on Medicare regulations and guidelines.
• Identify, research and resolve all issues related to enrollment.
• Responsible for entering and auditing enrollment applications into the member system, Dynamic.
• Use verified documents to ensure data accuracy and to establish requirements for any discrepancies.
• Fax, Email and provide phone support to provider to verify chronic conditions for C-SNP members.
• Responsible for tracking, follow up on OOA, BAE and MSP.
• Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to scanning, filing and attaching member records to the system, etc.
• Perform any additional work-related duties as needed.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree or equivalent experience work experience in a healthcare environment

1+ years of experience in a clerical or administrative role

Intermediate in MS Excel and Word

45+ WPM typing
