Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, leading onboarding and ongoing engagements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product feedback and influence the product roadmap
Help customers design and scale payment systems while identifying opportunities for increased automation and reduced failure modes
Required Qualifications
3+ years in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
Strong experience with REST APIs and integration patterns
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Background in fintech, payments, or financial systems
