About The Position

Job Title : Level 4 Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Profession : Registered Nurse

Specialty : Cath Lab

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 3x12 hours

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a Cath Lab setting

License : RN License (New York License ONLY)

Certifications : BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), Moderate Sedation Trained, Telemetry

Must-Have :

• Experience with TAVR, Microclip, and Watchman
• Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTriever
• Mechanical Circulatory Support Experience Required : ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo and LVAD
• Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty and ASA
• Critical care or cardiac experience Required

Description :

The Cath Lab is an inpatient and outpatient procedural lab focusing on mechanical and electrical diagnosis and intervention for cardiac patients.

The Cath lab has a comprehensive program with pre and post-procedural care holding area.

The practice model emphasizes RN staff collaboration focusing on excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Experience with device and ablation procedures and equipment is preferred.

EP Lab experience is also preferred.
