📍 Location : Brooklyn, NY

🗓️ Start Date : December 8, 2025

⏳ Contract Length : Through March 7, 2026 (Contract-to-Hire Desired)

🕗 Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM | 40 hours / week | No RTO

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and clinical supervision of staff on the inpatient behavioral health unit.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations.

Collaborate with directors and interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of care.

Monitor admissions, discharges, and ensure proper discharge planning.

Collect and report performance data for NYSDOH, JCAHO, OMH, and other agencies.

Support staff development, education, and best-practice implementation.

Provide 24-hour operational leadership and administrative coverage as needed.

✅ Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) – Active New York State License

BSN required | Master’s preferred

BLS & ACLS required

Crisis Management (PMCS / TRUST) certification required

Minimum 5 years RN experience (with at least 5 years in psychiatry)

Minimum 2 years in leadership or management role

Active RN NY license

Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
