Position Summary
Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials to support production and shipping operations while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Outcomes / Responsibilities
Outcome : Deliver Accurate and Timely Shipments
- Maintain 94%+ accuracy in order fulfillment by consistently picking, packing, and preparing shipments by specifications
- Label all shipments correctly and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and hazardous material regulations
- Meet 100% of shipping deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction

Achieve zero preventable safety incidents by adhering to hazardous material handling procedures and PPE protocolsSupport 6S goals by reviewing weekly audits, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining routine housekeepingInspect shipments to ensure full regulatory compliance, including proper documentation and labelingReport and address safety concerns or regulatory violations immediatelyManage chemical spills effectively by following SDS guidelines and company protocolsComplete assigned computer-based safety training by due dateOutcome : Maintain Warehouse Inventory Accuracy
Maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy by accurately recording product movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Support inventory control by conducting cycle counts and participating in annual physical auditsOrganize warehouse space to enhance operational efficiency and minimize wasteOutcome : Maximize Equipment Efficiency and Maintenance
