Were looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join the Technical Publications role is hybrid and based in our San Jose CA office three days a week. Reporting to the Manager Technical Publications you will be responsible for :

• Translating technical information into clear concise and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Delivering high-quality post-sales content like online documentation and release notes alongside UI text such as tooltips labels and error messages
• Integrating graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of documentation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with SMEs in Engineering Field Support Sales Training and Product Marketing groups
• Assisting in defining documentation standards style and terminology to enhance user experience

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) benefits.

Base Pay Range

$87500 - $125000 USD
