Thursday : Closed

Friday : 8 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM

Lunch Break : 12 : 00 PM 1 : 00 PM (office closed)

Setting : Outpatient only

Average Daily Patient Volume : patients

Age Range : All ages

Support Staff : Front office team and 2 MAs

Work Style : Independent practice with some telehealth, school health, and monthly community house calls

Call Responsibilities : None

Technology : ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 2 years of independent clinical practice

Certifications : PALS and ACLS required

Board Certification : Not required

Licensure : Active North Carolina medical license

Medicare / Medicaid Enrollment : Required

Credentialing Time Frame : ASAP
