• Immediate need dates below
• short-term needs starting May 30 th through July 23 rd
• The current Hospitalist would like to hand-off to the next Provider at 8 : 00 am on the Open shift day.
• Her last day of employment is July 23, 2022. After that date, we will be flexible to adjust the shift timeframe as well as hand-off times.
• Ongoing need
• Total beds : 25
• Must be Colorado licensed
