Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Radio Systems Technician II to join a public safety program. This is a full - time position and includes locations in Timonium MD, Frederick MD, and Germantown MD.

Essential Duties of the Radio Systems Technician II :

  • Installing, Programming, & maintaining P25 communication equipment.
  • Design & Upgrade customer systems.
  • Support customers and sales teams to prepare quotes, bids, and schedules for installation.
  • Provide Acceptance Test Plans, documenting results of site surveys.

Qualifications of the Radio Systems Technician II :

  • 3-4+ years of experience troubleshooting Motorola radios
  • Experience with P25 system and communication equipment.
  • Motorola or P25 certifications are preferred.

    • Compensation for the Radio Systems Technician II :

  • $60,000 - $87,000 (based on experience)
  • Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w / ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
