You will be involved in every stage of the process, from concept through to execution, playing a pivotal role in creating systems that enhance operational efficiency and craftsmanship.

Salary : $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to conceptualize the functionality of custom automation machines.
• Select and procure appropriate control components such as PLCs, HMIs, servos, sensors, and safety systems tailored for each project.
• Design detailed electrical control schematics using AutoCAD.
• Develop and program control systems using ladder logic specific to Rockwell CompactLogix PLCs and create user-friendly HMI interfaces.
• Oversee the integration of new machines with existing equipment, conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting before deployment.
• Engage with customers throughout the design, build, and setup phases to ensure alignment with their needs and feedback.
• Travel to customer sites to manage the final machine installation and setup, ensuring proper operation and client satisfaction.
