Job description1+ year of experience in customer service (optometric experience preferred but not required!) Optometric Technician - Layton Visual Center
Are you passionate about eye care and making a real difference in patients' lives? What You’ll Do :
- Assist optometrists in delivering outstanding patient care, from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up
- Perform diagnostic tests, gather patient medical histories, and assist in educating patients about their vision benefits
- Guide patients in contact lens training, insurance verification, and scheduling their next visit
- Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating appointments and managing office communications
- Work closely with your team to meet individual and collective goals for optimal patient care and satisfaction
