COMPENSATION: $20-24 Per Hour / DOE

STATUS: Full-Time, W2 Employee

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

LOCATION: Openings throughout out the East Valley, AZ (Mesa, Gilbert, Apache Junction)

Job Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aegis Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional home health and end-of-life care to our patients. As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. As a CNA Caregiver, you will assist patients by providing personal care such as grooming and bathing, especially for those with limited mobility. You will support patients in eating, monitor and report vital signs and any notable patient behaviors to the medical team. Additionally, you will aid in patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds, and routinely adjust patients' positioning in bed to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice
• Home Health and/or Hospice experience as a CNA preferred
• Ability to utilize a full range of movement to transfer patients
• Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
• Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
• Proof of current auto insurance & registration
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)
• Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)
