A prestigious plaintiff personal injury law firm located in the Galleria is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their firm. This firm offers an outstanding work culture and paid parking. Candidates must have at least 2+ years of legal secretary experience in a personal injury law firm based in Texas. Main job duties include :

• Provide administrative support to multiple Attorneys.
• Perform e-filings in both state and federal courts. Experience with court filing procedures in other states is a plus.
• Maintain and organize client files.
• Coordinate and calendar depositions, mediations, hearings, and other events with clients, opposing counsel, and supervising attorney.
• Receive, place, and screen telephone calls as required. Schedule conference calls, and coordinate / schedule travel.
• Calendar all incoming discovery requests, briefs, motions, and court appearances.
• Notify team members of upcoming deadlines by sending weekly reports.
• Draft standard pleadings, correspondence, and other documents.
