Full-Time Working Assistant Supervisor

Territory : Broward & Dade Counties.

Pay Rate : $23.00 / hour + Company Van.

Schedule : 1st & 2nd shifts, with weekend availability as needed.

What You’ll Do :

Assist Area Manager & Supervisor in overseeing janitorial operations.

Assign tasks, follow up on work orders, and ensure job completion.

Train new and existing employees on cleaning & disinfecting techniques.

Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.

Work alongside team members when needed and fill in as required.

Perform carpet care, stripping & waxing, buffing, and grout cleaning.

Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and facility repairs.

Complete nightly reports and use basic Microsoft Office applications.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of commercial cleaning experience.

Strong leadership, time management, and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).

Must speak, read, and write English (Spanish is a plus).

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
