Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter, update, and verify orders into the companys database systems.
- Review customer orders for completeness and compliance with company standards.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor order cycles and ensure that workflows are properly maintained.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all order entry-related tasks.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.
