Job descriptionProvide friendly and efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments. Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverage options. Set up and break down dining areas and event spaces according to specific requirements. Assist with events, including buffets and banquets. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Work effectively as part of a team. Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt and attentive service. Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, and understand). Must be a team player with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
