To excel in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. The position requires exceptional leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional team-building skills, as well as a customer-centric approach and the ability to integrate user and partner feedback into product strategies. The role also demands strong executive communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities, and the candidate should be adept at managing budgets and resource allocation. A key aspect of the role is to define and monitor KPIs for product adoption, partner engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall business impact, using data to drive continuous improvement. The candidate will be responsible for regular communication with executive leadership and C-suite partners, and must be prepared to lead a high-performing product management team.
