We are seeking a Non-Product Vendor Management Associate to ensure all suppliers for indirect goods and services are accurate within the organization's system.

What You Will Do :

• Create / Maintain supplier information / vendor management system creation
• Connect with suppliers to gather information required
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Ensure suppliers have Ariba access and training
• Support general procurement and logistics tasks to improve order fulfillment efficiency.

What You Will Bring :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1-3 years of relevant experience.

Experience in vendor management and / or supplier customer service field

Familiarity with non-product (indirect goods and services) a plus

Familiarity with Ariba or comparable procurement software a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Good communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

Pay Range : $17.07 / hour - $19.47 / hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements : This position is classified as Remote within Puerto Rico.

Travel requirements : Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

Citizenship requirement : Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
