Job Summary : We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join the manufacturing group in delivering technical and sustaining engineering support. This role requires using technical expertise to enhance equipment uptime, production capacity, quality, and reliability, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers to optimize manufacturing operations and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Service equipment and fixtures to enhance factory uptime and production efficiency.

Monitor key manufacturing processes, respond to deviations, and undertake troubleshooting and investigations.

Summarize findings and provide recommendations, documenting to assist in team education.

Coordinate equipment upgrades and testing with vendor technicians.

Collaborate on new equipment and technology qualification, maintaining a calibration database for compliance and coordinating with teams for timely calibration.

Must-Have Skills :

Mechanically inclined with comfort in handling production equipment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Industry Experience Required :

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
