Program Director, Operations

Hours Per Week : 40
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm
Summary : The Program Director is a leadership role to clinical and administrative business services. The role is responsible to work in partnership with senior leadership to provide leading practices that improve quality of the programs and achieve the aligned business area programmatic outcomes and standards. This position supports the business with program leadership, program growth, program revisions, program evaluations, program requirements, and program regulation adherence. The role is expected to lead or coordinate a team of professionals to plan, prioritize, develop and execute high reliability for aligned program areas. The Program Director is responsible for meeting requirements, driving growth, and focusing on operational efficiency in aligned business areas to advance operational outcomes and strategic purpose. The Program Director reports to the Vice President level of the business service.
