About Panavision :

The Panavision group supports filmmakers working on movies, television series, commercials, and beyond, providing : filmmaking equipment rentals for lenses, cinema cameras, grip, and lighting, stage facilities for filming, post-production services including dailies, visual effects, and final color grading and much more.

Job Scope :

The Electronic Technician is responsible for assembly, maintenance, and repair of professional camera equipment, with the ability to produce wiring diagrams, assembly diagrams for circuit boards, and layout drawings used in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assembly and testing of electronic prototype / production assemblies to engineering / manufacturing instructions or drawings.
• Diagnose a problem with an electronic assembly down to the component level to determine cause and provide solutions to electronic assemblies’ issues and failures.
• Produce wiring diagrams, assembly diagrams for circuit boards, and layout drawings used in the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate records and manage workflow to ensure schedules are met.
• Maintain a neat and organized workstation as per health and safety standards.
• Other tasks and assignments as required.

Compensation :

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
