Monday - Friday (Yes! NO Weekends!)

This auto repair shop isn't just about fixing cars—it's about delivering an experience where every customer feels like family. Known in the area as true car care experts, the team works on all makes and models, from domestic to European, and they keep things transparent, safe, and customer-first.

Now, they're on the hunt for a Service Advisor who can balance the art of selling with top-notch customer service. Half of the role is advising, half is customer care—and it's all about building trust, driving sales, and making customers feel taken care of from the first phone call to the final handshake.

What They're Looking For

This isn't just any service advisor role—it's for someone who :

  • Has serious selling skills (think : sell ice to an Eskimo)
  • Loves connecting with people and has strong customer service instincts
  • Is tech-savvy (bonus points for Tekmetric experience, however CRM, Repair Pal, Carfax, or Auto Ops knowledge helps too)
  • Handles the phones like a pro with great etiquette and a welcoming tone
  • Brings a go-getter attitude —self-starter, motivated, and not afraid to take initiative
  • Has a positive, fun, and approachable personality
  • 50 / 50 Mix of being a ROCKSTAR Service Advisor while also being the go to team member for EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills!

Automotive background is great, however not required. What matters most is someone who can sell, never says “no,” thrives in a fast-paced environment and is amazing at building relationships.

Pay & Perks

  • Base Pay : $600 – $1,000 weekly (depending on skills and experience that you bring to the table) - paid hourly
  • Bonuses : Based on GP sold, with a sliding scale—earn $80,000+ annually with base and bonuses combined
