Base pay range

$27.07 / hr - $47.36 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work collaboratively with internal employees, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality live events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Partner with Audio Visual Program Managers to manage, schedule, and operate live events, ensuring all technical elements run smoothly.
  • Facilitate and monitor key A / V meetings and live-streamed events, including configuring and operating streaming platforms.
  • Lead planning sessions and guide internal teams on best practices for executing live events.
  • Oversee post-production tasks such as video editing for distribution, cataloging, and archiving event content.
  • Own and continuously enhance the Audio Visual Events Program, including implementing operational improvements.
  • Manage stage crews, coordinate rentals, and work closely with external vendors to support event needs.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot live event and meeting systems, streaming platforms, equipment, and AV racks.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in live event production, A / V systems management, and streaming platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting A / V hardware and software, including live event systems and meeting platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing stage crews, vendors, and rentals for large-scale events.
  • Solid understanding of post-production workflows, including video editing and content archiving.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously to resolve support issues.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be onsite in Newark, NJ, five days a week.
