A company is looking for an Agile Coach Remote with occasional on-site responsibilities in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities
Establish new Agile teams and provide ongoing coaching to enhance Agile methods and practices
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events and team alignment sessions
Collaborate with program leadership to develop strategic roadmaps and assess team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Science / Technology, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology, with a minimum of 1 year as a Program Level Agile Coach
2 years of experience as a Team Level Agile Coach for Agile / Product Development Teams
3 years of experience in a Scrum Coach, Product Owner, or leadership role with Agile teams
Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is required
