What You Will Do

• Analyze campaign performance data across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels to uncover trends, evaluate effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum ROI, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing.
• Support email marketing and nurture campaigns through audience segmentation, content strategy, automated workflows, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and share insights with channel owners to inform ongoing campaign improvements.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to develop reporting frameworks and communicate performance to partners.
• Partner with external agencies to coordinate campaign planning, creative development, and performance optimization across digital channels.
• Conduct A / B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and CTAs to increase conversion rates.
• Lead the end-to-end ad production processfrom brief creation and asset development to launch and post-campaign performance analysis.
• Manage the content syndication program to expand audience reach, create leads, and support overall demand generation goals.

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $112,100 and $140,100 USD / year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education. We would love for you to join us!
