Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close residential and commercial roofing leads using company tools and personal outreach.
• Perform thorough roof inspections and evaluations to assess client needs.
• Educate clients on roofing systems, warranties, and high-end product options.
• Provide accurate estimates and present detailed proposals.
• Coordinate hand-off to production teams, or optionally manage project oversight for additional earnings.
• Maintain regular client communication from initial consultation through project completion.
• Track sales activity and project status using internal systems.
• Stay informed on current roofing trends and materials to provide expert consultation.
