Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assist patients in recovering and achieving their functional goals. Supervise and mentor other staff members, such as Physical Therapist Assistants and interns, while fostering an environment of exceptional customer service. Ensure all services comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as accreditation standards. Conducting thorough evaluations and creating tailor-made treatment plans. Documenting patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, following established standards. Engaging with patients and families for optimal education and understanding of treatment plans. Participating in performance improvement activities and supporting departmental quality initiatives. Doctorate in Physical Therapy Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS)
