Desktop Technician (Windows 11)

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our client's team in delivering seamless technology upgrades and support across our organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing Windows OS upgrades and Microsoft Office suite migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to our clinical and administrative teams. This is an onsite position based in Bergen County, NJ.

Starting at $23 / hour.

IT Support Technician 's Responsibilities and Duties :

• Execute Windows operating system upgrades (Windows 10 / 11) and Office suite migrations on user devices.
• Provide hands-on technical support to end users before, during, and after deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to the upgrades.
• Work efficiently to ensure minimal workflow interruptions for end users.
• Accurately document procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.
