Location : UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital, Fort Collins, CO

Department : PVH Occupational Therapy

FTE : PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is based on relevant experience.

Summary :

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients to address their therapy needs. You'll play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct and document initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care that address identified problems, engaging patients and their families based on their preferences and needs.
• Educate patients and families / caregivers regarding deficiencies, adaptive equipment selection, and supportive programs.
• Assist with patient discharge planning from therapy services and treatment settings.
• Supervise support personnel in accordance with licensing laws, state regulations, and practice standards.
• Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment while working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
