About the Role
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for driving store KPIs by managing a team of in‑store Resale Sales Associates, Retail Experts, and other staff. The AGM leads the store team to provide top‑level service and sales experience for customers and consignors, leveraging business partners to grow demand revenue. The leader is also responsible for recruiting top talent, fostering growth and development, and ensuring staff stay up‑to‑date with industry knowledge.

Expected salary range : $97,920.00–$122,400.00. Pay varies by location, experience, and other factors. Bonuses, incentive pay, and other benefits may also apply.
