✅ Qualifications : Physicians :

MD / DO – completed residency in Family Practice, Board certified or eligible

Active Virginia state licensure

Nurse practitioners :

Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree

Active Virginia state licensure

Board certification as an FNP

Previous experience in family practice preferred
