A CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Instructor's job description involves teaching and assessing students in the fundamentals of patient care, including basic medical skills, anatomy, physiology, and clinical practices. Instructors prepare and deliver curriculum, provide guidance and support to students, and may also be involved in student registration for certification exams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teaching : 
Delivering lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training in both classroom and clinical settings.
• Curriculum Development : 
Creating and updating course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Student Assessment : 
Evaluating student performance, providing feedback, and grading assignments.
• Clinical Supervision : 
Overseeing student clinical rotations, ensuring they meet competency standards, and preparing them for certification testing.
• Student Guidance : 
Providing academic advising, mentoring, and directing students to appropriate support services.
• Documentation : 
Maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and skills mastery.
• Communication : 
Collaborating with other instructors, program coordinators, and clinical site staff.
• Administrative Tasks : 
Assisting with student registration, organizing training rooms, and maintaining inventory.
• Professional Development : 
Staying current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
