Job descriptionLead all phases of multifamily / commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and internal staff Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and key project stakeholders Ensure adherence to safety standards and company processes Foster a collaborative, communicative, and solutions-focused project environment Participate in in-office planning, coordination, and training (role is 100% office-based with regular jobsite visits) 3–10+ years of commercial construction experience (multifamily preferred but not required) Proven ability to manage projects in the $5M–$50M+ range Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience in commercial verticals such as multifamily, retail, healthcare, or mixed-use Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Industry-leading employee development, including weekly internal training Highly collaborative Strong pipeline of diverse, complex projects Opportunity to grow into Senior PM roles based on performance and readiness Competitive compensation, bonus structure, and long-term stability

They operate across six internal divisions and are recognized for their collaborative culture, exceptional employee development programs, and a brand-new, state-of-the-art headquarters built in 2020.
They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support their growing Multifamily Housing Group, managing ground-up projects typically $20M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
- Compensation : $125k-$165k+ and full benefits
