Job Description : E&S Binding Underwriter Specialist

Summary : The client is seeking an experienced E&S Binding Underwriter Specialists to join their dynamic and collaborative team in Arizona. This role targets $3M+ in new business annually, focusing on general liability and property lines across diverse industry segments. The ideal candidates will be true generalists working in a collaborative culture that prioritizes professional development and team success.

Responsibilities :

• Underwrite diverse commercial lines including daycares, local retail operations, contractors, and multiple industry segments
• Generate $3M+ in new business annually through wholesaler relationships
• Manage GL and Property accounts (excluding Work Comp and Auto)
• Work with wholesalers like AmWins, CRC, Hull & Co, RPS, RT Specialty, and smaller brokers
• Collaborate with a team-oriented, supportive environment
• Participate in monthly broker visits across the West territory
• Contribute to ongoing system and process improvements
