Northplace Apartment Homes – Salem, OR [Visit Northplace!]

Northplace Apartment Homes in Salem offers studio to three-bedroom apartments with luxurious amenities and stylish interiors. Residents enjoy features like 24-hour fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, and complimentary cable and internet. The pet-friendly community is conveniently located near Willamette University, shopping, dining, and entertainment options, providing a sense of comfort and belonging.

Position : Property Manager

Location : Northplace Apartment Homes, 5115 Countryside Street NE, Salem, OR 97305

Schedule : Full-time (40 hours / week), Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Classification : Exempt

Pay Range : $60,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Bonuses : Monthly performance-based bonuses for leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction

Cell Phone Stipend : $50 / month or $600 / year

Housing Opportunity : Live onsite with a 25% rental discount. Water, sewer, garbage, internet, and parking included.
