Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• The Tax Senior Manager is responsible for managing complex tax engagements, advising clients on tax planning and compliance matters, supervising and mentoring staff, and contributing to business development efforts.
• Regarded as a Subject Matter Expert within business unit and shares knowledge
• Make recommendations on internal department procedures
• Recognize business opportunities for our clients and for CBIZ
• Assume significant client responsibility as client's trusted advisor, is relied upon for knowledge of industry trends, identify client issues and conflicts; proactively communicate solution options to client and team
• Manage staff on engagement deliverables (such as financial statements, tax returns, work

papers, etc.); complete technical and strategic reviews as a member of the final engagementreview team to ensure quality control standards are met

Minimum Qualifications

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $130,595-$160,736. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
