Collections Associate

Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Collections Associate to join their team. As a Collections Associate, you will be part of the Collections Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Collections Associate

Location : Solon, Ohio (Hybrid : Remote Mon / Fri, office Tues-Thurs)

Pay Range : $25.00 $27.00

What's the Job?

• Support management and resolution of delinquent accounts receivable balances
• Analyze data, prepare documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet receivables and working capital goals
• Reconcile accounts, investigate non-payment or delinquency issues, and gather supporting documentation for collections or escalations
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and third-party agencies
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to collections processes
