A company is looking for a Borrower Success Manager to lead a borrower-facing team responsible for driving loan progress from qualification through approval.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Zippy Guide Associates through coaching and performance management

Own the borrower-side pipeline, ensuring efficiency in document and condition collection

Oversee daily call center operations and optimize staffing and productivity

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in mortgage or consumer lending

2+ years managing a call center or borrower success team

Deep understanding of pipeline management and operational execution in regulated environments

NMLS licensed or willing to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire

Experience with manufactured housing or chattel loans is a strong plus
